Can you say Medical Laboratory? There's hospital  laboratories and then there's commercial laboratories.  Most people do one or the other.  Me, I like to do them both!  For over 22 years now I've been managing joint ventures or hybrid laboratories. Been in the medical laboratory business in one way or another for more than 29 years now. There was not to many kind of these animals (lab joint ventures or lab networks) around when I started but now there is a trend of more and more.  The many years of successful experience puts me in a good position to help others create and manage these kinds of laboratories.

There is a big difference between hospital and commercial laboratories.  Most folks  don't understand that difference.  I love managing laboratories and I love the people I work with.  Laboratories hold the key (answer) to more than seventy percent of the diagnosis that a physician will eventually make on their patients.  Currently I work for the Centura Health in Denver, CO., the largest and best integrated healthcare delivery network (IDN) in Colorado.
